Bioconductor is the open source project for the analysis and comprehension of genomic data in R. Together we work on interoperability between the R and Python ecosystems, so that data and analyses move freely between Bioconductor and scverse tools.

BioContextAI

BioContextAI runs a community registry of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, which give AI agents standard access to biomedical databases and software. Together we build scverse MCP servers, so that agents can explore omics data and write analyses on top of the scverse ecosystem.
